REGISTRATION FOR THE ASFA 2009 ANNUAL MEETING IS NOW OPEN!

Registration Procedure

To register for the ASFA 2009 Annual Meeting:

Step 1 - ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION:

*** ASFA 30th ANNIVERSARY GALA RECEPTION - BUY YOUR TICKET TODAY!

Join your fellow delegates for a funfilled night with music, food, and entertainment. Tickets are only $10 USD for ASFA Members!

Step 2 - TECHNICAL/CLINICAL ROUNDS REGISTRATION:

  • Register Online for the Technical Rounds and Clinical Rounds.  As seats are limited to 10 participants for each table, register early as seats are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.  Please note that you MUST REGISTER ONLINE

Step 3 - HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

  • Make your Hotel Reservations.  To receive the conference rate, please ensure that you make your hotel booking no later than Friday, April 17, 2009 at 5:00pm PST.  
  • Please note that the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina provides free shuttle transportation to/from the airport.

Registration Fees

Registration fees, detailed on the Registration Form,  include:

  • ASFA 30th Anniversay Gala Reception
  • Welcome Reception
  • Scientific and Education Sessions
  • Abstract Sessions
  • Access to Posters and Exhibits
  • Program Materials
  • 3 Continental Breakfasts (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), Coffee Breaks, and Lunches (Thursday and Friday at AGM for ASFA Members)
  • Social Evening

Payment Information

The total amount due can be remitted by credit card or personal/company check.  Make all checks payable to the "American Society for Apheresis".

Please note that non-members can join ASFA (for fees ranging from $65 to $180, depending upon the membership category) to take advantage of the member rates for the Annual Meeting.  To apply for membership, complete and submit an ASFA Membership Application Form.  If you were an ASFA member in 2008, you must renew your membership for 2009 in order to receive the member rate.


Cancellation Policy

For registration fees to be refunded, a written notice of cancellation must be received by the ASFA Head Office by mail or fax no later than April 8, 2009.  The amount of the registration fees, minus a $75 administrative charge, will be refunded after the conference.  Substitutions are accepted.  Please send written notice of substitution by May 11, 2009.
