Major Charges/Projects

The Bylaws Committee is responsible for regularly reviewing the Bylaws and making changes or amendments to the Bylaws as needed and as recommended by the Board for approval by the Board.

Meeting Schedule

The Bylaws Committee meets in person at the Annual Meeting.
