ASFA Facilities Survey
The Membership Committee is pleased to announce the completion of the ASFA Facility Survey. The ASFA Facilities Survey will lead to eventual identification of all services performing apheresis in the United States.
As a token of appreciation, all participants who complete the survey prior to Friday, July 10, 2009 will have the opportunity to take part in a prize draw with the chance of an I-Pod Shuffle MPS Player!
